Dragon Force 65–15/05/16

It was a very pleasant day for the Club  Dragon Force 65 on Sunday 15th May, apart from the wind direction. Whilst is was a gentle breeze it was primarily from the West veering to the WNW at times, which meant it swirled  over the Fort causing skippers some difficulties. A windward/leeward course was set in the middle of the lake which added to the problems for some skippers.

Up until he left early, John Newton was leading the event followed closely by Malcolm Schaffer and John Lambert. However at the end of the day, Malcolm Schaffer was the overall winner on 17 points, followed by John Lambert on 23 points and Dave Bland third on 35 points.
